Hi clients and friends ! How is your spring kicking off?

I've noticed a lot of new businesses forming and former employees becoming self-employed, so I thought this blog post would be helpful.

If you are starting a business and/or are newly self-employed, or you have an existing business and are considering a change to the entity type, you might be curious about the pros and cons of each choice. Although this information is just a general overview, I have attached a printable handout you can use to review information about each business/self-employment choice.

I would definitely seek more guidance from your CPA and/or lawyer that will consider the particulars of your business and goals, but this is a good overview to start with. Enjoy your summer !
